Again, me trying something new with porkchops! I wanted to make my parmesan rissoto and I wanted something to serve it with that went with the “parmesan” theme so I went with it!! I served it with Broccoli and Garlic!!! YUM!! This recipe came from another EatCookShare chef by the name of Jennifer Bass. Thanks Jennifer!
4 Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup of Reduced Fat shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup wheat bread crumbs
1/2 Cup of skim milk
S&P to taste
Garlic Powder to taste
Place into a greased baking dish and bake it in a preheated oven for 10 min at 350F then flip the pork chops and cook for another 10-12 min.
Can you say OMG yumminess!! Oh my flavorful porkchop!! I served this Momma’s Mashed Cauliflower and roasted broccoli. I’m tell you……..great meal!
