This is where you’ll find your Gluten Free items! Yes we accomodate everyone!! This started for me when my cousin started eating Gluten Free items do to an attack she had years ago that landed her in the hospital, then I had a similar attack and had to experience it for a few wks, luckily come to find out after a few tests, I’m not allergic to wheat or gluten however it was a bit scary for me at first thinking I had to change my way of cooking, but the more I looked into it the more I realized it wasn’t all that different, more expensive, to buy the ingredients for baking and such but luckily since I’ve cut down on fiber and whole wheat I’m feeling better. I’ve used fiber and whole wheat since I was 22 to be healthy and now all of a sudden I was having too much! I really feel that we eat too much wheat these days so now I try to look for whole grains, that kind of ingredient. Here are some meals I’ve found or have made myself. I always make something like this for my cousin when she visits!
