Imagine this (pictures will come) Let tiny meatball raindrops fall from mashed-potato clouds onto steamed-broccoli trees!! If you arrange it that way your childs plate it makes it more fun (specially if they’ve seen the movie of course)

Mashed Potato Clouds
3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
3/4 cups of skim milk
3 tlbs of butter (I use light margerine)
Dash of Salt
Dash of Ground Pepper
Meatball Raindrops
1 Garlic Clove, peeled
2 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Dash of salt
3/4 cup of ground chicken
1/2 cup-1 cup of fresh steamed Broccoli florets (optional)

Grown up: Preheat the oven to 350F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Kiddo: Put the potatoes in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover by 1 in. Add a few shakes of salt.
Grown Up: Bring potatoes to a boil and reduce the heat. 12-15 min or until potatoes are tender.
Drain and transfer to a large bowland allow to cool for 5 min.
Kiddo: Mash the potatoes with a potato masher, using a big spoon stir in buttermilk, butter, salt and pepper.
Grownup: Put the garlic, italian seasoning, worcestershire sauce, and salt. Lock the processor.
Kiddo: Turn on the food processor and when everything is in tiny pieces, turn it off.
Grownup: Empty the contents into a large bowl and add the ground chicken.
Kiddo: Using your hands (always wash first!) mix everthing up until it’s the same color.
Together: Roll the meatball mixture into 3/4 in balls and place on the baking sheet. This makes approx 50 meatballs. (Remember you can always store for another day!)

Bake meatballs for 10 minutes.
