This is the quickest easiest way to make a tenderloin without having to really do anything!! I even made it for an Easter dinner before and everyone loved it! I never cook a tenderloin before and this seems easy enough so I gave it a shot, it also allows you to entertain with this meal because everything is cooking at once. When the tenderloin is done your whole dinner is done!

Ingredients:
1 lb or Pork Tenderloin
1 pkg of Bag n’ Season Herb Roasted Pork Tenterloin (McCormick)
1/2 pkg of baby carrots or 1/2 pkg of frozen string beans (which ever you prefer)
4 red potatoes

Preperation:
Chop the potatoes into 2 in cubes
Use a 13×9 baking pan and open the bag that comes with the McCormick seasoning package and place it in the pan, roll the tenderloin in the seasoning and place it in the center of the bag.
Toss the carrots or string beans around the tenderloin.
Toss the potatoes around the tenderloin.
Sprinkle the rest of the seasoning over the veggies and potatoes. (I never end up using the whole pkg of seasoning but close to it.
Pour a little bit of water around the veggies.
Close the bag with the tie that comes along with it.
Poke 4 small holes in the top of the bag.
Cook at 350 for 25 minutes.

Wala, simple meal that takes minutes!! The seasoning is fantastic and the water makes a little bit of gravy which my husband always loves!
