I made this up one night in hopes to flavor my broccoli without adding cheese to it because we all know how good melted cheese is on broccoli however thats where you get alot of fat content. It came out really good and I served it at a holiday once and got some raves about it too! I’m pretty sure I’ve put some seasoned bread crumbs on top in place of the almonds as well!
Pkg. of frozen broccoli, thawed (or fresh would probably be a head)
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp of garlic, minced
1/4 cup of sliced almonds
Prepare broccoli in a 13×9 baking dish. Coat with Olive oil. Mix the garlic and almonds in. Bake in the oven for 20 min at 350F.
