I found this one in the food network magazine I bought too, this makes a great snack or appetizer, serve at your next party!! I surly will!!

1/4 Cup Spicey Brown MustarD
2 tbsp. Prepared horseradish
8 oz. kielbasa, cut into slices
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1/4 Hot Sauce (use your own judgement here)

In a small sauce pan combine mustard, hot sauce, oil and horseradish. Cook until combined (just a few minutes) Set aside.

In a skillet cook kielbasa slices in hot oil about 8 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once halfway through. Pour mixture over the kielbasa. Mix through.

 Serve warm with a bowl of dipping sauce on the side.
