Here is something fun to make with your toddler, specially around Christmas time, and again I wish I had a picture because they look adorable so I’m just going to have to make them and post my picture! Another recipe from the Parent’s magazine!

1/2 Cup of pizza sauce
4 Whole wheat bagels, cut in half
1 Cup of part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 1/2 Cup of broccoli, steamed
Cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
3 oz. jar of roasted red bell peppers

Make It:
Prehead your oven to 450F.
Spread 1 tbsp. of pizza sauce on each bagel half. Tope each with 2 tbsp. of cheese.
Arrange broccoli  and tomatoes around the bagel half to resemble a wreath.
Cut the jarred red pepper into thin strips and use them to make a bow for each wreath.
Place wreaths on a foil-lined baking sheet; bake for 10 to 12 min, or until cheese is melted.
