These look yummy and something easy to take to someones house for any occasion!


1 pkg (510 g) Pillsbury* Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 pkg (each 250 g) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla


  • Heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Drop 6 spoonfuls of cookie dough (about 1 tbsp/15 mL each) onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until golden. Cool. Crumble coarsely. Set aside.
  • Press remaining cookie dough evenly into a greased 8 or 9-inch (20 or 23 cm) square pan. Bake 12 minutes.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until blended. Gently stir in crumbled cookies.
  • Pour over prepared base. Bake 18-22 minutes, or until almost set but still jiggly. Cool at room temperature.
