Here is my meal plan for the first week. Stay tuned the grocery list will follow as I work on it this week. I may tweak some days as my week goes by, sometimes we have people over for dinner and I may have to change a few things, but for the most part if your with me you can follow my grocery list!

Friday Jan 6th –  Ham & Cheese Chicken w/Twice Baked Sweet Potato & Summer veggies

Saturday Jan 7th – We will be gone all day and night (take your pick)

Sunday Jan 8thMustard-Maple Pork (I’m going to use Pork Chops)  w/Seasoned Brown Rice & Green Beans

Grocery List:
This is based on what I’m making for my dinners for the week, make sure you see my “On Hand” and “Already Have” list below, which is just a list of things I always have or already so if you don’t you need to add them to your list 🙂

1 Apple
Fresh Kale or Pkg of Spinach
1 bag of Spinach
2 Sweet Potatoes
4 Zucchini’s
2 Summer Squashes
2 Cucumbers
2 Tomatoes
2 Lemons
2 5 oz. containers of freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Pkg of Chicken Cutlets 4-5 pcs.
2 lbs. of stewing beef
1 lb of Pork Tenderloin or 4 boneless Pork Chops
Ground Turkey
Chicken Broth (I buy it by the carton)
1 Bottle of red wine vinegar
1 Can of Cannelli Beans
1 box of Smart taste Spaghetti
1 box of Smart taste Ziti
Pkg. of Pecans
Whole Wheat Light Bread
1 Container of Low Fat Ricotta Cheese
1 Pkg of Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

On Hand All the time:
Olive Oil
Bread Crumbs
Tomato Sauce
Crushed Pepper
Caraway Seeds
Bay Leaves
Corn Starch

Have but you may not:
Cannelli Beans
Brown Rice
Crushed Tomatoes
Beef Broth
Worstester Sauce
Dijon Mustard
Cider Vinegar
Maple Syrup
