2 cups of medium egg noodles
1 pkg. frozen spinach chopped/10 ounce size
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup reduced fat shredded chedder or swiss cheese
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
Cook noodles until slightly tender/DRAIN.
Thaw and sqeeze out water from spinach.
Combine noodles,spinach,onion,chedder,butter,nutmeg,and mushroom soup in crockpot.
Cook on HIGH ONE HOUR,then switch to LOW for 3 hours OR cook on this on high for 3 hours.
