Momma’s Turkey Burger Panini
I made this up because who doesn’t like a good Panini? And I had Turkey Burgers frozen in the freezer from another recipe that I had made last month so I figured why not turn it into a Panini! To see my step-by-Step directions to this recipe click here: I’ve Declared Today A Leftover Day!
1 lb. ground turkey (makes 4 burgers)
1 packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup
½ of an onion, diced
Sliced Wheat Italian Bread
1 Cup of Light Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. of prepared horseradish
Few slices of canadian bacon
Combine the sour cream and prepared horseradish in dish and set aside. Combine ground turkey, lipton soup, and onion and form 4 large balls. Flatten the balls to become burgers and cook to your liking. Or freeze a few for another day.
Slice the bread and spread the prepared sour cream mixture on each piece. Top with half of the turkey burger (cut each one in half) top with a peice of canadian bacon and (cheese optional) top with another peice of bread (each peice should have the sour cream mixture on it. Now place each panini ontop of a grill and place something heavy on top of it. (or use a panini grill) Flip and place something heavy on the other side to press.
