I made these spur of the moment because I didn’t have any store-bought ones! They came out really good, so good I had to post it!!
8 tortilla’s (I used flour)
4 tbsp. of Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 425F. Add oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small bowl. Using a marinating brush, brush both sides of the tortilla’s.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the tortilla’s in whatever shape you like. I was making these for the Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada Soup so I cut them into triangles and strips.
Place them on a baking sheet and cook for roughly 5-7 minutes. They easily burn so just keep an eye on them, everyone’s stove is different!
Add additional salt if you’d like, use your favorite salsa…….
