Turn your favorite festive drink into a frozen dessert by freezing the margarita contents for 8 hours then processing in the blender. Serve with a sugared rim to capitalize on the sweet flavor. I boiled the water and absorbed the sugar, and just refridgerated it because hubs and I don’t like frozen drinks…….was awesome!


3 Cups of water
1/2 Cup of lime juice (I used half bottled stuff and half fresh)
1/3 Cup of lemon juice
1 Cup of sugar (I used a half a cup to cut down)
1/2 Cup of Tequilla
1/2 Cup of Orange liquor (I used triple sec)

What to do:

Boil the water and add in sugar, boil and stir until all the sugar melts. Transfer to a pitcher. Let the water cool, add the remaining ingredients, stir well. Refrigerate until cold and serve with ice.
