Hmm what section should I have put this recipe under?? It’s not a “Baked Good”? Ok I’m just being silly. I made this while camping this past weekend, YES camping, that’s how easy it is to whip up!!
1 gram cracker crurst (Pre-made, I also found a reduced fat one!)
8 ounce of reduced fat cream cheese (I left it out on the counter for an hour before I made the pie to make it soft)
16 ounces of reduced fat cool whip
1/3 Cup of sugar
Whatever fruit you’d like on top (I used blueberries and strawberries)
What to do:
The softer the cream cheese is the easier it is to mix because I didn’t have a hand mixer obviously while camping, if I did I would have used that). So beat together the cream cheese, cool whip and sugar until combined.
It will look like this….a big bowl of deliciousness!
Pour into the pie crust.
Cut your fruit.
Place your fruit on top and refridgerate for at least a few hours before serving.
Unfortunatly that night at the fire while camping, this momma just turned a little to fast and whoooop…..slid right off the pie plate and onto the ground 😦 No one enjoyed!!
