I kind of fooled around with this to get the flavor I wanted, of course if you know this momma you know I don’t do mayo so you won’t be finding that in this recipe (sorry mom!!) So if you don’t like mayo, or your watching your weight, this is the recipe for you folks!

What you need:

1 bag of broccoli slaw mix
1/2 bag of shredded cabbage
2 tbsp. of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
2 tbsp. of light ranch dressing
3 tbsp. of EVOO
1 tbsp of garlic, minched
Salt and Pepper to your liking

What you do:

Mix the oil, garlic, mustard and vinegar together.

Whisk in the ranch dressing. 

Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix.

Stir to mix. I stirred it a lot because at first it didn’t seem like enough dressing, but it was once I kept stirring to combine.

Refrigerate for a few hours to let the flavors blend. Serve with your favorite burger this summer, or even on top of this awesome Pulled Pork Recipe.
